Lizzy Cheshire has been practicing criminal defense in Montana since 2024.

After graduating from New York University School of Law in 2024, Lizzy joined the Office of the Public Defender in Bozeman, Montana, where she quickly learned litigation, negotiation, and trial skills. She founded Cheshire Law, PLLC in 2026, and began a private practice. She continues to serve the community by representing indigent clients, she also represents private clients in criminal cases and civil matters. She is admitted to the Montana Bar, and licensed to practice in the State of Montana, the federal District Court for the State of Montana, and before the Ninth Circuit.
